1 A 25% non-refundable deposit is required, the balance being due on arrival. Please make cheques payable to J R A WILSON. 2 Bookings from mid May to mid September are Saturday to Saturday only. 3 Cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure please. 4 We supply all linen except towels although these are available by prior request. 5 Electricity is included in the tariff, which includes heating between October and May. 6 Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the cottage during the day and must be on a lead at all times when leaving the cottage. 7 In the event of cancellation you will be liable to pay the balance of the total amount due, if it is not possible to re-let. It is therefore a condition of booking that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance for holidays taken in the UK to cover this eventuality.
