Leave the main A30 at Indian Queens/Newquay and take the third exit off the roundabout following the A392 towards Newquay. At the next roundabout take the second exit towards Quintrell Downs. At the roundabout in the centre of Quintrell Downs go straight across on the A392 and Manuels Farm is just half a mile on the left hand side.
Look for the white farm sign with green writing and its delabole slate roof!
